Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that promote academic, social, and emotional development. Monitor and support student progress, providing guidance and intervention as needed. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Organize and supervise classroom activities, including field trips and special events. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being. Provide individual and group support to students to address academic and personal challenges.
