Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Backend Executive to support the sales team by managing customer data, processing orders, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with both sales and support teams to drive sales success. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with managing customer accounts, data entry, and updating CRM systems. Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and assist with order fulfillment. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of sales reports and analysis. Provide sales support by preparing presentations, proposals, and product information. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and escalate issues to the relevant department when needed. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and deliveries. Support the creation of sales forecasts and tracking of sales targets. Assist in managing customer complaints or issues, ensuring prompt resolutions. Monitor sales performance and report findings to sales management. Qualifications: Proven experience in a backend sales support role or similar position. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Ability to analyze data and generate reports. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience in the industry or product knowledge. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
