Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on selling pneumatic machines. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pneumatic systems, coupled with exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products to potential clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with customers while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for pneumatic machines. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of pneumatic machines and systems, including components, applications, and benefits. Client Engagement: Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs. Technical Consultation: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, offering solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to demonstrate the capabilities and advantages of our pneumatic machines. Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documents in response to client inquiries. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support throughout the sales process. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including forecasts, pipelines, and customer interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the pneumatic industry. Strong understanding of pneumatic systems, components, and applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
