Job Description

We are looking for an office assistant / helper to support the CEO in carrying out routine tasks, taking notes of their important matters , maintaining a diary of their schedule, keeping their desk / workspace clean and serving tea / coffee during meetings. You will also stand at the office reception and greet clients politely. We will select only those candidates who show good energy , enthusiasm ,and communicate well. When we reach out to you , you must be proactive in communicating us your schedules and available times so we can plan an interview accordingly. We have both full-time and part time positions. The remuneration will depend on your working hours. We have both morning shift and evening shift. Good english is not a requirement for this job ( but is preferred ). Basic knowledge of computers is required. But training will be provided. You will also get chance of learning, skill-development and industry experience working with us. We will also be happy to provide you mentoring in your career path , guidance in your resume building for your future job search. Selection criterion : The most important parameter is personality, soft-skills ( communication ) , hard-working nature, discipline , honesty , punctuality, polite behavior. Skill-sets , knowledge and willingness to learn are more important than degree / work - experience . Freshers are most welcome. About our comapany : We are a fintech company , involved in real estate dealing , and equity portfolio management. We are also into some other business verticals ( like health & wellness ). We are still a small sized team because we believe in quality over quantity.
