We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin Associate to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the administrative functions of the office and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Monitor and restock office supplies and equipment as needed. Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events. Assist in data entry, basic reporting, and record keeping. Handle courier and mail services (inbound and outbound). Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment. Requirements: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative role (preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.). Experience with basic documentation and filing systems. Good time management and multitasking ability. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,650.89 - ₹28,210.42 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
