Nurturers Centre for Diverse Learners is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team. Nurturers Centre is a Child Developmental Centre in Noida and is committed towards ensuring that individuals with special needs not only survive, but thrive. Responsibilities : 1. Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the communication and language abilities of children and develop appropriate intervention plans. 2. Providing speech-language therapy services to children, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions. 3. Monitoring and tracking progress of children receiving speech-language services, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. 4. Leading and participating in team meetings, case conferences, and multidisciplinary collaborations to discuss and develop effective strategies for children with diverse learning needs. 5. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote generalization of speech and language skills across various settings. 6. Developing and implementing training programs and workshops for parents, caregivers, and staff to enhance their understanding and support of speech and language development. 7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans. Qualifications : Bachelors of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology ( BASLP ) or Diploma in Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech ( DHLS ) Minimum of 6 months of experience in speech-language pathology, with a focus on working with pediatric population. Experience working with children with speech, language, and communication disorders is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems is advantageous.
