Role & responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive ABAP training programs (beginner to advanced level). Develop training materials including presentations, exercises, and coding assignments. Conduct live instructor-led sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring. Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Prepare and evaluate assessments to gauge learner understanding. Stay updated with the latest SAP and ABAP enhancements and incorporate them into the training modules. Support trainees with real-time project scenarios and interview preparation Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of SAP ABAP experience Prior experience in corporate or academic training preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work from the Bangalore location full-time Certification in SAP ABAP (preferred but not mandatory)
