This role involves strategic financial planning, operational budgeting, statutory compliance, and oversight of accounting and reporting functions, with a key focus on strengthening internal controls and enabling efficient fund management. Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting Oversee and supervise the accounting department (team of 3 accountants) to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the committee members, including: Income Statement Cash Flow Statement Financial Forecasts Manage and monitor cash flow across multiple projects and ensure optimal fund allocation. Ensure timely preparation and submission of project-wise utilization reports and donor fund statements. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare, manage, and take full responsibility for the organization’s operational budget .
