Position: Tendering & Business Development Executive/Manager Key Responsibilities: Identify and apply for government and private tenders. Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical/commercial bids, and ensure timely submission. Handle negotiations and participate in client/consultant meetings. Ensure compliance with tender requirements, vendor registrations, and documentation. Monitor ongoing projects, provide status reports, and coordinate with execution teams. Maintain all statutory compliance as per client requirements. Explore new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Engineering/Commerce/Management (preferred). 2–8 years of experience in tendering, contracts, or business development.
