The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing mobile applications across platforms. You will contribute to all phases of the development life cycle — from concept and design to testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Follow best practices in source control, CI/CD, code reviews, and unit testing. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Apply Agile methodologies and adhere to SOLID principles and design patterns. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–6 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development. Strong expertise in Flutter and cross-platform mobile frameworks. Solid understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX standards, and performance tuning. Proficient in writing unit tests and using testing frameworks. Familiarity with Git and modern DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development. Basic knowledge of React.js is a plus. Show more Show less
