Mission Manager (Social Inclusion & Social Development, Gender & FNHW)

A

• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Rural Development/Management, women study, Post-Graduate in Social Work, women study in 1st Division.

B.Experience Required-

• He/She should have at least 4+ years post qualification of relevant work experience.
• He/ she should have worked in large organizations/NGOs/project(s), of Social work, Social inclusion, rural development projects, projects on women/ Gender issues etc.

C.Key

• Drafting of notes, official letters and proposals based on skill set essentially desired and scope of designation under umbrella of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission.
• The Mission Manager shall ensure policies, protocols and SOPs are understood, ensure inclusion of vulnerable, facilitate convergence with WCD, Health, Social Justice.
• Execution of office and field level activities through project plans, engagement of client and beneficiaries and support across districts in the State of Haryana.
• Accomplishment of assignment and duties as assigned by State and District-level competent authorities.
• Ensure timely collection of data from districts, blocks, compilation of reports and support to State Program Managers in various assignments at client location.
• Develop State Social Inclusion Strategy to ensure 100% inclusion of vulnerable households in SHGs.
• Work assignments related to SECC, social mapping to ensure inclusion of every identified SHG beneficiary.
• Conduct activities to develop leadership skills in SHGs, VOs and CLFs in manner to encourage for following vulnerability reduction plan by client.
• Coordinate with government departments having similar key indicators of rural women empowerment.
• Develop plans on social development interventions, social action, gender equality, training & development on Food-Nutrition-Health-WASH, community-based engagements through Gram Sabha.
• Attend State/ National level workshops/ webinars/ meetings etc. as and when directed by client.
• Team management at district level across Haryana.
• Support State Program Managers of other domains.
• Other assignments as per directions of client.

D.Skills Required-

• Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills radiating well-versed with the knowledge and self-learning attitude towards adopting government work environment (Drafting of notes, letters, reports, presentations).
• Expert in Social Inclusion, Social mobilization, Social Inclusion & Development having strong presentation skills in training & development, project planning & execution.
• Knowledge on DAY-NRLM framework, Gender Equality, FNHW, managerial & soft skills, POSHAN, Anemia Mukt Bharat, Menstrual Hygiene, Community Health campaigns by State and Centre Government.
• Knowledge of scope of work of rural development projects for rural women, social justice, convergence with health/WCD/Police Administration on social projects under the objectives of rural development and women empowerment.
