MEP Estimation Engineer

MEP Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works.
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost comparisons, and technical/commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Support value engineering and tender submissions.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 25 years of MEP estimation experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, BOQ preparation, and MEP systems.
  • Knowledge of KSA & UAE market rates and suppliers is preferred.
