Role & responsibilities: B.Sc. Chemistry /Diploma Chemical Freshers or less than 10 months Experience 1- To ensure smooth operations with optimum efficiency in adherence to cGMP requirements. 2- ensure the safest workplace and safety in every operation of the plant. 3- Manage manpower and ensure efficient work from them 4- Troubleshooting (within Plant to take problem ahead and channel for the solution) / Critical Decision Maker of Shift (for breakdown) Aspiring applicants should be: Basics such as 1) Operational Skills (production / adopting new technologies / troubleshooting) 2) Ability to handle documents pertaining to quality systems (as per cGMP requirements) 3) Essential knowledge of safety during the manufacturing 4) In-depth understanding and awareness of the current and changing compliance and regulatory requirements.
