Its primary business focus is to render intensive nursing care to post-hospitalization patients, at home. Currently the company is operating in the cities of Bhubaneswar (H.O.), Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam and Pune. Job Title: Medical Sales Executive – Home Healthcare Services Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns. Meet potential clients, including patients, caregivers, hospitals, and doctors, to promote home healthcare services. Sales & Marketing: Promote the company’s services such as nursing care, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, elderly care, palliative care, and diagnostic services. Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to potential customers. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare providers to create a steady flow of referrals. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams and addressing client concerns promptly. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the healthcare sector in Pune. Provide feedback to management about market demands and potential service gaps. Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as assigned by the company. Upsell and cross-sell healthcare services to existing clients. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and contracts. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals. Knowledge of the home healthcare industry or healthcare services is an advantage. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Any Graduate Experience: 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the Pharma, healthcare or service industry. Experience working with hospitals, Pharma Company, or other healthcare setups is a plus. Other Requirements: · Good leadership skills · Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi (preferable). · Male Candidate Required · Valid driver’s license Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
