Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for dermatological products to doctors, chemists, and stockiest across assigned areas.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, calls, and meetings.
Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to increase revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software (e.g., MS Office).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, or promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in pharma selling or medical sales.
Strong knowledge of dermatology industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills for effective doctor activities management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Tech Computers).
