Carry out timely maintenance and repair of plant equipment to support uninterrupted and optimized operationsensuring the seamless manufacturing through precision-driven equipment care Roles & Responsibilities:
Repair equipments as per Predictive, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance schedulePerform Condition monitoring of the rotating equipment to check the physical conditionEnsure proper lubrication like oil & grease in regular intervals to maintain equipment in good conditionPatrol the plant area to check & resolve steam leakage or spillage and report any deviations to engineers or officersEnsure the regular maintenance of tools and tacklesAdhere to the safety standards with the use of required PPEs & Behavior Based Safety guidelinesFollow and implement highest housekeeping standards in the work areaFollow the guidelines of elements of Aarti Management Systems e.g Management of Change Report and coordinate with engineers and Stores department for upkeep of the spares inventoryRequest for initiation of work permit for various maintenance workReport incidents or violations of Zero Tolerance Points to immediate superior.
