Job Position : Lead Detailing Engineer Experience: 6 to 8 Years Qualification: BE Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering Role & Responsibilities: The Lead Engineer is a senior technical leadership position responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of boiler systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, Indian & international regulations, and company policies. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians. Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual design, and detailed engineering. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IBR, ASME, API, EN). Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing, procurement) and external partners (e.g., contractors, suppliers). Develop and maintain boiler design standards and guidelines. Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) Communicate technical information to stakeholders (e.g., customers, sales teams).
