Responsibilities · The Consultant will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation initiatives. Leveraging a deep understanding of business processes and digital technology, the analyst will identify areas for improvement and lead the development of innovative solutions to enhance business performance. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for digital enhancement. · Utilize a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to develop strategic plans for digital transformation. · Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and recommend solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies. · Drive the adoption of quick-code and low-code solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. · Lead projects independently, focusing on innovative uses of AI and data engineering to solve complex business challenges. Qualifications · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business analyst or Management consulting role. · Computer science or IT-related Engineer. · MBA is essential from a reputed university. · Understanding of Generative AI. · Exposure to Microsoft Cloud stack. · Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Spoken and written English must be excellent. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex tasks into well-defined prompts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities Conducting online marketing research on the new business leads. Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals. Developing business from prospecting new businesses, following up on marketing leads, as well as expanding business from the company’s existing client base. Set up appointments and meetings with potential clients and present IT security audits. Explain the features and benefits of vulnerability assessment and IT Infrastructure audits. Negotiate prices and contracts and close deals. Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support. Attend trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other events to promote IT security solutions. Update CRM system with sales activities and customer information. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve sales goals. Skills and Experience This candidate will have previous field sales experience of 3 years into direct field corporate B2B technology sales only. Should be able to use technology tools effectively once training is provided. Excellent communication skills and presentation. Proven record for managing sales for a technology product and service company. Bachelor's degree in any field. A master’s in marketing or sales would be desired but not essential.
