Job Objective
Manages the Materials function within the department by overseeing the specific procurement and ensures best quality & rates available as per budget, pre-laid processes (Materials manual). Assists the Materials Department with a view to maximise profitability and achieves desired financial results.
Essential Job Tasks
1 - Evaluating products, price and quality. 2 - Vendor evaluations to be carried out on periodic basis. 3 - Negotiating contracts for the hotel and working out on the agreements with suppliers for product delivery. 4 - Monitoring the market rates on periodic basis

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Work Experience
02 - 03 years experience in the field of hospitality
Languages Needed in Position
Should be fluent in both English, Hindi and preferably the Regional dialect.
