REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Essential Requirements

Strong professional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, particularly corporate presentations,

management decks and customer proposals.

Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including trackers, formulas, reporting and basic

dashboards.

Practical graphic design skills and visual judgement.

Experience coordinating marketing projects, vendors, freelancers or agencies.

Ability to manage social media publishing, content calendars and routine digital marketing activities.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to prepare professional corporate content and business communications.

Familiarity with marketing analytics, performance reporting and digital content coordination.

Strong organisational, multitasking and time management abilities

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proactive follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to independently manage approved workflows and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Ability to identify problems, communicate solutions and escalate matters appropriately.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience is required; 4 to 6 years is preferred.

Relevant experience may include B2B marketing, corporate marketing, marketing operations, content

coordination, agency management or comparable responsibilities.

Candidates should demonstrate experience independently managing routine marketing activities,

coordinating stakeholders and meeting deadlines.

Previous experience in a logistics company is advantageous but not mandatory.

A relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design or a

related field is preferred.

A strong professional portfolio demonstrating previous creative work is mandatory.
