Roles and Responsibilities Conducting Field Trails Promoting Ramcides products with Dealers & Sub distributor Dealer Development Dealer Appointment Develop marketing strategies for agricultural products, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and execution. Build relationships with stakeholders, including farmers, distributors etc Desired Candidate Profile B.Sc degree in Agriculture or MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, product marketing, sales promotion techniques Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders 2-4 years of experience in business development and marketing in the agriculture industry/ Agri Nutrient Sector
