Location: Killy, Kattakada, Near to Neyyar Medicity Company: Future Concepts Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years Reports To: Senior Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) Assist in the creation of content for websites, social media, emails, and marketing collateral Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows Manage digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms) Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and prepare reports Maintain and update the company’s CRM database with campaign outcomes and customer responses Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or similar role Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution Proficiency in digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunities for career growth and development Dynamic and supportive work environment Exposure to a wide range of marketing activities and projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
