Job Description

Facilitating the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material Coordinating as being the bridge between Sales Representative and Departments like CSD, PPC, Accounts, Production, Despatch, Stores, Quality, HR/Admin. Ensuring that all the Sales Queries have been addressed Properly. Sales Force software proficiency to facilitate the Executives to login and log out to smooth reviewing the daily activities. Sales Executives daily attendance monitoring and activities and location tracking. Assists the Marketing department in new Lead Follow up and to monitor till closing the sale. Ensuring active communication and engagement with sales representatives and addressing their issues Ensuring that all Sales Representatives had submitted their DSR/BTA & any other reports required by RSM on time. Ensuring timely communication with other departments as and when required. Develops effective marketing strategies. Creates and maintains brand identity and awareness in the public. Manages the marketing department in conducting its daily operations. Reports on analyzed data to upper management. Identifies trends and opportunities for firm engagement. Conducts market research for data collection. Implements framework processes on effective marketing activities. Preferred candidate profile Sales & Marketing Background Perks and benefits ESI & EPF
