Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Female) Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type : Full-time Work Mode : Onsite Experience : 2–3 years Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in marketing and knowledge in IT/IoT Sales . The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience, be proficient in using marketing tools such as CRM systems and possess a solid understanding of IT/IoT sales processes. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, supporting sales teams, and ensuring that marketing campaigns align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, particularly those focused on IT products and services Use CRM systems to track leads, customer relationships and sales activities Support the IT sales team by aligning marketing strategies with sales goals Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, generating insights from CRM and other marketing tools Assist in content creation, including sales brochures, email campaigns and social media posts to support the sales process Ensure marketing materials are aligned with the IT sales strategy and brand messaging Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities in the IT sector Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and nurture client relationships. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, Communications or a related field 2–3 years of marketing experience, with proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools Solid knowledge of IT/IoT sales and understanding of how marketing can support sales efforts Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and cross-functional departments.
