Product Marketing Associate - Structural Division Ajay Industrial Corporation Limited 1-3 years of experience 2 Positions Ghaziabad Only for Male Candidates Job Brief We are looking for a dedicated Product Marketing Associate to join our Structural Division at Ajay Industrial Corporation Limited . The ideal candidate will support the marketing team in promoting and positioning our structural products, including steel components and construction materials. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, and excellent communication skills to enhance product visibility, drive lead generation, and help grow the business in the B2B sector. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies for structural products such as steel, pipes, and other industrial materials. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials and product presentations to engage potential clients. Support the creation and distribution of product brochures, data sheets, and case studies that highlight product features, benefits, and applications. Assist in the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns (e.g., digital ads, email marketing, social media). Help coordinate and support product launch events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance product visibility and generate leads. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide feedback to optimize future marketing efforts. Maintain product-related content on the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies. Track customer feedback and assist the product development team in making product enhancements based on market insights. Support in lead nurturing, preparing customer presentations, and addressing product-related inquiries from prospects. Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to company branding guidelines and technical specifications. Requirements and Skills Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product marketing , preferably in the construction , steel manufacturing , or industrial product marketing . Strong understanding of the structural products market, including steel, pipes, construction materials, and industrial components. Experience in B2B marketing , lead generation, and market research. Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for creating compelling marketing content and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CRM systems , email marketing , and marketing automation tools . Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented in implementing day-to-day marketing tasks. Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
