Quality Control (QC) Executive - PVC Division Ajay Industrial Corporation Limited 2-4 years of experience 4 Positions Ghaziabad Only for Male Candidates Job Brief We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our team in the PVC Division at Ajay Industrial Corporation Limited . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of PVC materials, products, and processes through rigorous testing and inspection. This position requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of PVC material properties, and the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct physical, chemical, and mechanical testing of PVC materials and finished products. Perform dimensional inspections of PVC products to ensure adherence to specifications (e.g., pipe diameter, wall thickness). Monitor the production process for compliance with quality standards , identifying and addressing deviations. Ensure all products meet relevant industry standards ( ISO, ASTM ) and safety requirements. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent defects in production. Maintain detailed documentation of quality tests, inspections , and corrective actions taken. Conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues, investigating failures, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. Generate and review quality control reports for management. Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards for PVC products. Provide support for internal and external quality audits . Track and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Continuous improvement : Suggest and help implement process and product improvements. Provide guidance and training on quality control processes to team members. Requirements and Skills Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in quality control within the PVC or plastic industry . Strong knowledge of PVC properties , production processes , and quality testing methods . Familiarity with ISO 9001 , ASTM , and other quality standards. Proficiency in using quality control tools such as tensile testing machines, impact testers, and calipers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and correct quality issues . Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of quality control processes. Knowledge of quality management systems and experience with root cause analysis is a plus.
