The ideal candidate will oversee the manufacturing process of solar panel structures and cable trays , ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely project execution. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of structural fabrication for solar applications. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage all solar production operations , including system design, manufacturing, and installation. Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless project execution. Track production metrics , analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies. Lead, mentor, and manage production staff, technicians, and field workers . Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards . Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability . Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards. Oversee inspections and testing of solar equipment and installations. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and leading training sessions. Requirements and Skills Minimum 6+ years of experience in solar structure manufacturing, cable trays, or structural fabrication . Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning . Knowledge of solar panel structure fabrication, installation, and industry best practices . Experience in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost reduction strategies . Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills .
