Date Posted: 2025-02-11 Country: India Location: Ajay Palace, Near Citicare Hospital, Opp Samajkalyan Office, Nashik Pune Road, Nashik-422002, India The candidate should be essentially from elevator background having experience in Service to lead a team of Customer Service Professionals in the given area towards excellence for achievement of business objectives in Service Function through the following: Overall responsible for service revenues from area. Provide leadership Supervisor and various stake holders in the department to achieve business targets. Including setting their annual business targets and periodical review to achieve the results. Drive excellence in field operations through supervisors Ensure that Lifts / Escalators are maintained at job sites in various location as per the SLA with customers. Position will be responsible for Techno Commercials for 2000 + units. Annual Manpower planning and enhance field productivity. Sub Con Management and Development to support field operations. Maintain cordial relations with builders, owners and architects Coach and develop internal talents for taking up higher responsibilities in the organization. Drive service transformation initiatives in the area Drive weekly and monthly review on forecast vs actuals with team on Commercial parameters Visit job sites, Periodical visits to all Key customers and maintain CRM Receivable Management day-to-day updates to Zonal Head / Finance Work towards customer delight and customer appreciation Tracking of all customer complaints and speedy response/resolution MIS / Reporting / Review with team. Education & Experience required Diploma/BE in Engineering and MBA. 10-15 years in handling service in Elevator industry Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills Assertive, Proactive, Result orientated and Self-starter Otis is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
