Job Description

Responsibilities: Must handle the construction site and gated communities in Administration/facilities. Provide administrative/ support to project managers, Civil engineers, and construction teams, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documents, including contracts, proposals, specifications, and reports. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project personnel. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks. Assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment for construction projects. Track project expenses, invoices, and budgets, and assist in the preparation of financial reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases. Assist in the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in Construction Sites administration, facilities, Customer Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and procedures preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Experience: Construction: 5 years (Required) Admin/Facilities: 5 years (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Required) Work Location: In person
