Job Summary

EAPRO Global Limited is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented Management Trainees to join various departments across the organization. The selected candidates will gain practical exposure to business operations, departmental processes, and management practices through on-the-job training and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day departmental activities and business operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, data analysis, and documentation.
• Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on pending activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and project coordination.
• Maintain departmental records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Learn company products, systems, policies, and operational processes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
• Graduate / Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
• MBA / PGDM candidates preferred for HR, Sales & Marketing, and Business Operations.
• Candidates willing to work from Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
