Maintenance Technician Electrical and Mechanical

Experience: 4-5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical and mechanical maintenance activities at our plastic injection moulding plant and commercial tool room. The candidate must have practical knowledge of injection moulding machines, CNC machines and conventional tool room machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle electrical and mechanical maintenance of plastic injection moulding machines.

2. Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and conventional machines.

3. Handle maintenance of milling, lathe, drilling, grinding and EDM machines.

4. Diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns independently.

5. Perform preventive and periodic maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

6. Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, sensors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

7. Ensure smooth functioning of all production and tool room machinery.

8. Maintain machine maintenance records and breakdown reports.

9. Manage spare parts requirements and coordinate with vendors when necessary.

10. Ensure machine safety and proper maintenance practices.
