Job Description

Ensuring Safe work practices for the team Contract process way of working. Basic Knowledge in WECS & UNIC tuning to minimize engine MTBF. Problem-solving by RCA method. Ensuring maximum availability, reliability, and PLF of Gas engines. Responsible for all Mechanical maintenance related activities of power plant. Responsible for shift Operation of Multiple engines in coordination with GAIL and TNEB. Responsible for trouble shooting during shift operation to ensure the reliability & availability of engine. Responsible for Operations & routine maintenance of GEG Power Plant auxiliary units. To implement plant operations/maintenance schedules and procedures. To maintain MIS such as logs and records of normal operations of plant & safety documents. To efficiently handle shutdowns, start-ups, and other operational disturbances. To ensure uninterrupted quality power to the customer. Napier Turbocharger maintenance experience is an advantage. Qualification & Experience requirement: Diploma/Graduate Engineers in Mechanical discipline 5 years of experience in Gas / HFO-based Multi-engine power plants. Other Skills Required: Knowledge of O & M of Gas multi-engine Power Plants Knowledge of power plant Mechanical and equipment. Organizational and Planning Skills. Problem Solving Skills. Training Skills General Computer Skills. People Management Skills
