Machine Refilling Coordinator

Job Description

Inventory & RestockingMonitor and maintain appropriate product levels in vending machines. Refill machines based on usage trends and restocking schedules. Manage product rotation to ensure freshness and compliance with expiration standards. 2. Maintenance & Technical Oversight Inspect machines for cleanliness, functionality, and safety. Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technicians for repairs. Report equipment failures or issues promptly. 3. Route & Schedule Coordination Plan and optimize daily/weekly service routes for restocking and inspections. Maintain accurate logs of machine visits, sales, and stock levels. 4. Customer Service Respond promptly to customer feedback or complaints regarding vending operations. Process refund requests and address product dispensing issues. Ensure a clean and reliable vending experience for users. 5. Financial Management Collect and reconcile cash or digital payments from machines. Monitor and report on sales trends and suggest product or pricing adjustments. Ensure proper documentation of cash handling and sales. 6. Compliance & Safety Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Ensure machines comply with local vending regulations and company standards. Travelling is must all over India
