Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Blow Moulding Unit as Machine Operators. The role involves operating and monitoring blow moulding machines (EBM/IBM), performing basic setups and changeovers, and ensuring smooth production with minimal downtime. Candidates will be responsible for inspecting product quality, recording production data, and identifying defects as per predefined parameters. Monitoring of key process variables such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time is essential. The role also includes performing routine cleaning and maintenance, assisting with repairs, and maintaining proper housekeeping. Applicants should have an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic Technology, with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity is critical. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,330.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
