• Handle air freight and sea freight operations for imports and exports.
• Coordinate import customs clearance and related documentation.
• Manage EPCG licences, DGFT documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Negotiate freight rates with logistics service providers and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate dangerous goods handling and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage local transportation, shipment tracking, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate warehousing, material movement, and inventory documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in international logistics and customs clearance.
• Knowledge of EPCG/DGFT procedures and freight cost negotiation.
• Exposure to dangerous goods handling, transportation, and warehousing.
• Good coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
