As the Business Operations & Strategy Manager at LoanPro, you will play a crucial role in scaling the company's people and processes during this period of significant growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will have the opportunity to establish and expand the business operations function from scratch. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team and collaborating with various departments to ensure coordination and consistency across the organization. Through the utilization of process development, data analysis, and customer feedback, you will drive continuous improvement in execution and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Be the driving force behind optimizing the customer journey by leveraging data, strategy, and execution to identify and address friction points, ultimately accelerating time-to-value. - Design, document, and implement scalable processes to maximize growth and performance, enabling increased sales and loan volume while ensuring success for both customers and internal teams. - Partner with Business Intelligence (BI), revenue operations (rev ops), and finance teams to evaluate progress towards strategic goals and make necessary adjustments. - Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency enhancements. - Develop and implement high-impact operational and strategic initiatives across the GTM function. - Create a strategic roadmap and internal processes to enhance upselling, including sales strategies, product alignment, and partner engagement. - Optimize the GTM playbook to enhance top-of-funnel conversion, closing rates, and value delivery. - Establish support and accountability frameworks for the CRO on strategic initiatives. - Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders from various departments to ensure operational alignment and synergy. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and guide strategic decision-making. - Identify and address blockers, streamline handoffs, and manage timelines to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, operations, or private equity, and at least 1 year in a startup in a strategy, finance, data analytics, or operations role. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to architect and implement scalable solutions. - Proficiency in translating complex data and workflows into standardized processes. - Experience in utilizing business analytics, market research, and insights to support decision-making processes. - Advanced data analysis skills and tools proficiency, such as Domo, for dashboard and pivot table creation. - Expertise in Lucid Chart/Visio. - Ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional role within a fast-growth company. - Comfortable discussing both strategic visions and operational details. - High standards of excellence, ownership, and grit, with a constant drive for improvement. - Adaptability to changing environments and the agility to adjust operational plans based on evolving business needs.
