Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor at LegacyMed Healthcare Pvt Ltd, located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations within their department, ensure team performance, handle scheduling, monitor and report on production metrics, and maintain adherence to company policies. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and development of staff, conflict resolution, and ensuring high levels of team motivation and engagement. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Experience with scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting Proficiency in training, staff development, and conflict resolution Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Previous experience in a supervisory role in healthcare is a plus
