Lean (CI/IE)- Engineer

Job Description

1. Coordinate with the Operations department for identifying and implementation Kaizens for elimination of wastes 2. Responsible for preparation and analysis of Standard work combination sheet (SWCS) for identifying bottleneck and follow-up for improvements to achieve required tact time 3. Support lean manager for 5Ss preparation activity and in 5S implementation , Check 5S conditions and communicate with the team for continuous improvement 4. Responsible for taking Kaizens implementation and present to the management during review 5. Coordinate and promote on-site lean production work and promote on-site efficiency improvement; 6. Communicate the instructions of superiors and reflect the opinions of subordinates, and complete the tasks assigned by superiors.
