Key Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing entire product lifecycle from ideation of product concept, market research, analysing client fitment through feedback, working with legal/ tax consultants to create product documentation for filing with regulators, launch collateral including product decks, brochures, marketing collateral, analysing and reporting product performance and benchmarkingNetworking with industry participants to keep a tab on new product launches, performance of existing productsWorking closely with product teams of wealth managers and meeting their diligence requirement to ensure product onboarding and regular support post onboarding.Creating marketing and client communicationsDriving fund raising through various internal and external stakeholder management and support on research, content and knowledge.The role requires high engagement with multiple internal teams including investment, fund raising, legal, compliance, accounts, operations, etc.Assistance on various strategic initiatives and business intelligence. The ideal candidate wouldPossess 6-8 years of overall work experience with preferred experience in a similar asset management company or wealth management outfit handling onshore/offshore fund structuring or supporting onshore/offshore fund raiseGood understanding of fixed income marketsExisting relationship across the AIF and/or wealth management eco-systemUnderstanding of offshore private debt markets and alternates preferredUnderstanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA Fund Management Regulations preferredAbility to ideate, structure and articulatePossess a good eye for detail and have demonstrated ability to work under pressurePreferred Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBAJob Location: Mumbai
