LEAD GENERATIONS SPECIALIST LOCATION: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India SETUP: Day shift, Onsite KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Research & Prospecting– Identify, research, and generate high-quality B2B leads through various online channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, web scraping, and databases). Outbound Lead Generation– Execute cold email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups to nurture potential clients. Inbound Lead Nurturing– Qualify and engage leads generated through digital campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals. CRM Management– Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) with accurate lead data and progress tracking. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing– Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment with marketing campaigns. Performance Analysis– Track key lead generation metrics (conversion rates, response rates, ROI) and optimize strategies accordingly. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience between 3-5 years in B2B lead generation(IT and Digital Marketing industry preferred). Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, CRM software. Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, including cold outreach, account-based marketing (ABM), and inbound marketing. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, content marketing) is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: B2B Lead Generation: 3 years (Preferred)
