Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Location: New Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 years Department: Sales / Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Lead Generation Executive with a strong focus on cold calling to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, identifying their needs, and passing qualified leads to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads through online directories, company databases, and market research. Make outbound cold calls to prospects across target industries to pitch our offerings. Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and decision-making authority. Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-ups through CRM tools. Work closely with the business development team to hand over warm leads for conversion. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly cold calling targets and lead conversion KPIs. Craft and deliver persuasive phone pitches to capture attention in the first few seconds. Handle initial objections and route more complex queries to the sales manager. Track market trends, competitor activities, and gather prospect feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in cold calling, telecalling, or inside sales. Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus). High confidence and strong persuasion skills over the phone. Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email writing, internet research). Preferred Skills: Prior experience in B2B or B2C cold calling. Exposure to EdTech / SaaS / Training sectors is a plus. Ability to handle large volume of calls daily with consistency. Knowledge of lead scoring and sales funnel processes.
