Job Description

Window Grille Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating laser cutting machines for metal fabrication, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor laser cutting machines for precision cutting of metal materials (primarily for window grilles and related products). Set up and adjust machine settings according to job requirements. Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders. Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating laser cutting machines (preferred). Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc. Basic knowledge of machine maintenance. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
