The ideal candidate will have prior experience in factory HR functions, including attendance management, onboarding, and record keeping, and should be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily attendance records of workers and staff. Handle new employee and labour onboarding process. Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and leave registers using Excel and Google Sheets. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and daily workforce management. Maintain documentation related to statutory compliance and internal policies. Support payroll processing with accurate data on attendance and leave. Assist in grievance handling and maintaining discipline on the shop floor. Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector . Male candidates preferred due to factory operational requirements. Proficient in Google Sheets , MS Excel , and basic documentation tools. Strong understanding of factory HR functions and labour management. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with workers and management. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in a factory or plant environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance in West Bengal.
