Role & responsibilities Corporate Salary Sales Officer-Retail Branch Banking To ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms To explain to the customer the various benefits of the products offered by the bank To achieve the set productivity norms for salary account sourcing & cross sell Retail Branch Banking-Key Account Sales Officer Pitch higher variant salary accounts to Senior employees along with managed program Meeting & follow-up with the customer regularly after his account gets opened for Early funding of the sourced account with Salary Credit Cross-Selling of various Products. Preparing Daily Sales Reports having the details of all the calls made during the day Preferred candidate profile prior experience in sales/customer service or in banking sector (1 to 3 years) Individuals passionate about sales and relationship-building in the banking sector.
