Responsible to and to be aware for Conducting and to document quality control tests on raw materials, In-process materials, and finished PCM products as specified. Must be aware and to adhere the compliance with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and internal quality standards as specified / as per customers requirement. Regularly monitor PCM batch product’s consistency and maintain product quality as per specified standard. Must be able to operate and calibrate lab instruments such as viscometers, spectrophotometers, pH meters, etc. Analyse test data and provide feedback to the production / Quality teams where ever applicable for corrective actions. Maintain QC records, batch reports, and inspection logs accurately. Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives. Handle customer complaints and support investigation of quality issues. Collaborate with Quality and production teams for formulation improvements and trials.

Roles and Responsibilities of Import & Export In charge : Wholly responsible for Planning and coordination for the timely import of Raw materials required for business operation from time to time. Coordinate with user team to plan for import of shipments Strictly must be aware and to adhere the rules and regulations such as DGFT (Directorate of Foreign Trade), Hazardous cargo confirmation, Customs Act, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) (For shipping) Preparing and handling of documentations such as commercial invoices, packing list, COA (Certificate of Analysis) / MSDS (Material Standard Data sheet). Preparation and sharing COO (Certificate of Origin) request to KCC Corp for material covers under CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement). AEO request given to concerned liner before vessel arrives Request and receive checklist from Customs House Agents (CHA) and confirm the document as per checklist to file the bill of entry. Preparing and sharing the document as per checklist from CHA and sharing the hard copy to concerned CHA before the arrival of the vessel. Preparing for the payment for liner and share with CHA to collect the delivery order from the liner. r eparing and maintaining ADC (Additional Duty of Customs) and technical write up documents and preserve the same for the audit which ever applicable.r

Role & responsibilities Conduct comprehensive fire safety audits and gap assessments across manufacturing and industrial plants in accordance with factory safety norms. Identify critical non-compliances and recommend corrective actions through structured Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans. Prepare detailed audit reports, executive presentations, and compliance roadmaps for senior management and as well as safety committees. Conduct regular safety committee meetings and discuss on near miss activities and further scope of improvement in the shop floor. Perform field level inspections on fire suppression systems in and around the factory premises. Conduct regular trainings on general safety practices and create awareness Conduct regular mock drills and perform emergency preparedness plan and execute emergency drill to ensure the safe practice follow ups and train on deviations. Continuously monitor on near miss, minor and reportable accidents and provide suitable corrective action to prevent the same in future. Must be aware of ISO, legal requirement in terms of safety to the manufacturing industry.
