Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electronics/Electrical Engineer who loves to be a part of the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation products. The ideal candidate should be strong in circuit design, embedded systems, and microcontroller programming. Key Responsibilities Design and develop circuits of automation devices and load control systems Prepare schematics, PCB layouts and documentation Conduct testing of circuits, troubleshoot failures and optimize performance. Program microcontrollers, microprocessors and IoT modules. Develop firmware and optimize code efficiencies. Oversee prototype development and productions cycles Manage junior engineers & technicians, review their work, and ensure timely project delivery. Apply understanding of electrical load management and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for components and manufacturing. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. Atleast 6 months of industry experience in circuit design, PCB development, and embedded systems. Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR, ESP32, STM32, etc.) and programming in C/C++/Embedded C, Hands-on experience with testing tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc.). Good understanding of electrical systems, load control, and power electronics. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, Modbus, RS485, ZigBee, etc.). Experience with home/industrial automation products.
