We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in international IT sales, particularly in markets such as the US, UK, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and deal closures. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, B2B platforms, etc.).Communicate effectively with international clients (US, UK, Canada) to understand their IT service requirements. Present and promote company products/services to potential clients through professional online demos, calls, or virtual meetings. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups. Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the IT industry. Required Skills :Proven experience (1–4 years) in international IT sales or business development, preferably in software services, web/app development, or digital solutions. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Experience working with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, etc.). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results in a target-driven environment. Willingness to work in US/UK time zones, if required. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with IT service domains such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, or Cloud Solutions. Prior experience in handling end-to-end international client communications. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
