About the Role: We are hiring a Junior Merchandiser who is smart, active, and willing to grow in the textile and apparel industry. The role involves assisting senior merchandisers, following up with clients and vendors, managing sampling work, maintaining trackers, and supporting production communication. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in merchandising who wants to learn end-to-end execution and handle live orders with top clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior merchandisers in client coordination, sampling, and order execution Follow up with clients for approvals, queries, and sample feedback Coordinate with vendors, mills, printers, and Surat production team Maintain Excel trackers for sampling, order status, and fabric records Help prepare client presentations, sample sets, and dispatch folders Communicate on WhatsApp/email with clarity and professionalism Attend client meetings and prepare notes and follow-up tasks Support in sourcing trims/fabrics as needed Required Skills: 1 to 2 years of experience in merchandising (export house or fabric/trims industry preferred) Good communication in English & Hindi Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and email Quick learner, sharp follow-up ability, and professional attitude Understanding of fabrics, sampling stages, and order flow is a plus Educational Qualification: Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Apparel Merchandising, or related fields Diploma holders in merchandising or textiles can also apply What We Offer: Opportunity to work with fashion brands and export clients Exposure to full order cycle: development, costing, production, dispatch Friendly team, fast growth, and learning environment Regular interaction with both Delhi and Surat teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,820.63 - ₹180,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
