Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. You will assist in creating visual content for various platforms including digital media. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of digital and print design assets (e.g., social media graphics, web banners, flyers, brochures, presentations). Support the senior design team in developing visual concepts. Edit and prepare artwork for final production (print or digital). Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Stay updated with current design trends and tools. Handle multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects and XD is a plus. A portfolio showcasing creative and relevant design work. Understanding of basic design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends. Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar. Video editing skills are a plus.
