Junior Engineer - Production

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Heat Treatment lines, including STF-A, STF-B, Quench Press and Sub-zero.
• Achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor rejection and take corrective actions to minimize PPM.
• Perform equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper documentation, production records and process parameter updates.
• Maintain Autonomous Maintenance (AM), 5S Standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, PPE requirements and work instructions.
• Monitor consumables and support continuous process improvement.
• Guide and support operators in daily operations and abnormality handling.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Heat Treatment processes and furnace operations.
• Understanding of production and quality control.
• Knowledge of equipment changeover and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and production documentation.
• Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills.
